  • PLEASE REACH OUT TO US FIRST, filing a dispute with your credit card or PayPal just prolongs a resolution for any issue.
  • All sheet metal is non returnable, any welded in items or panels that get painted.
  • Seasonal items such as Winter Snow Tires and packages are considered NON returnable.
  • Extended time frames due to shipper delays are out of our control.
  • We do not refund shipping charges due to delays.
  • Please reach out to us for any damage claims first.
  • The manufacture's label must be visible and undamaged.
  • We do not accept returns from other Mazda dealers.
  • For returns, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on any core item.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There may be up to a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be re-sellable and in the original packaging.
  • All coded parts to your car, up to and including painted items are non returnable.
  • Any tested or used item are non returnable.
  • We cannot take back installed or tested parts.
  • Electrical parts are non returnable but keep in mind they may need programming to function as they are designed.
  • Freight items and shipments are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 35 days of delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% will apply.
